Pros

-Competitive salary. -Option to work Remote or in Office.

Cons

-Cardinal won’t consider increasing employee benefits across the board for all employees even though the company is in a great financial position due to the work of its employees. -Leadership uses excuses to not increase pay or benefits such as “we’re a global company and we have to make everything fair for everyone” However, when comparing with another Global Company (McKesson) though, McKesson is able to offer employees a 4% 401K Match, an Employee Stock Purchase program and competitive healthcare benefits. -Leadership likes to Micromanage employees for no specific reason other than “they feel like it” it seems. We are forced to be on camera when the Director often joins meetings without their camera on because they are not “camera ready.”

Pros

Benefits, 401K, Company Car, Decent People. Not a bad place to get distribution experience to put on your resume.

Cons

While this role is portrayed as a "Sales" position, it is not. Majority of time is spent handling customer, delivery, internal company issues. Just beware what is in the job description and the role manager portrays is not the reality of day to day responsibilities and activity. Also, be prepared to be accessible 24/7 even on Cardinal Health appointed Holidays and during PTO. Minimal work/life balance.

Pros

Good pay, and good benefits- your ability to move up in the company is high

Cons

This is a call center with very high call volume 15 seconds between each call, these customers can be very upset when calling in, so be prepared to de escalate. Work life balance is not really achievable
