Pros

you get a Bi weekly paycheck

Cons

Very unorganized, excessive micromanaging, attendance policy is very harsh (4 occurrences and your out the door) points do not drop off until a year later. Health insurance could be better. No set schedule they will change your schedule (lunches and breaks) whenever they feel like it without notice. If you apply try to get on a more established contract that has been around for a long time. Do not recommend!

Pros

45 minute lunch break granted you work from 8am to 12pm with no breaks so only two breaks a day. Heated outside eating area. Access to daily pay for hired in employees not for temps. Temps make only 16.50 per hour and the demand and lack of respect and set schedule anymore now you don't know if your doing 10 hours or 8 hour days and now even 12 hours day.

Cons

Not very good starting pay, no work-life/balance at all you are demanded to work Overtime Mon-Friday and they also want Saturdays as well so you are doing 50 plus hours a week. You also do not get your holidays off and very little PTO is given after your 90 day probation period is over and other benefits are very expensive. It is a big company but act like they have 200 people not 47,000 worldwide. Temps make only 16.50 per hour and the demand and lack of respect and set schedule anymore now you don't know if your doing 10 hours or 8 hour days and now even 12 hours day. Temps not hired on employees like this company you are not allowed cell phones, watches, no candy or food or drink on the floor, it is also a lot of walking back and forth picking materials and no team leads work nor supervisors they stay on their phones all day and complain about the work not getting done. No help from management what so ever stay stay stay away. Your want to be diversity but only hire LGBT/transgender and promote them and people of color you are a bunch of hypocrites and racists everyone there curses the Lord name in Vain and that isn't acceptable in any work environment and you say and do nothing it is ok to offend the Christians but don't say anything or do anything to the people harassing the others who are Christians and have different morals and beliefs that is workplace harassment and unethical but I know nothing will get done since every company has no morals or backbone to say and believe what the creator of all times says to do and live your life all have to please the world and their sins. This will probably be censored for free speech and believe so your part of the problem with the w the whole world no back bone and morals and virtues we are a sick messed up world and people and that includes myself as well.
