Great co-workers who are all willing to put in hard work.

Cons

On-call for operations staff. PCI compliant company (credit cards) so no remote work allowed, everything needs done on-site.

People are very nice and welcoming. love what they do. want to service the customer and make the company better. offer great benefit package and competitive salary. like that employees can earn quarterly bonuses. younger company that is growing, so have the ability to make suggestions. most recently have been doing more for employees and the community.

Cons

Some of the original employees have not worked elsewhere, and may take some time convincing of new technologies or ways to do things. they too are very passionate though. need more controls, processes and procedures.
