Very accommodating environment of helpful and hardworking employees. Constantly evolving industry. Many opportunities to entertain new careers within the company and encouragement from management to do so. Great Benefits from VISA. CEOs know everyone’s names.

Cons

Very low pay for the amount of time, effort, and level of expertise you must accrue in order to meet your job requirements. People who have been here the longest are the most close-minded.

I love the people I work with, I'm not expected to work long hours and I work on interesting problems every day. I've gained more experience than I ever thought I would after a few years as a professional developer

Compensation is on the low end and management does not take kindly to asking for raises to anywhere near market value
