This is reflected not only in the team dynamic/culture, but also the organization's early success and performance. It is a delight to work alongside such a brilliant and caring group!

Cons

Anyone looking to join CardioOne must appreciate the fast-pace of a startup environment. By it's nature, the startup space does demand agility in day-to-day work. Every day brings new and exciting opportunities and challenges, requiring creativity and flexibility to reach success.

Pros

Small but extremely productive, smart and fun loving team. Love working here. Clear vision and on a path towards achieving something big. Our customer's love our service, team and performance. We have already been able to impact our customer's business and patient health outcomes.

Cons

Startup and hence the need to be flexible with strategies. Not a Con, but something potential employees should be prepared for.

Pros

Love the autonomy that comes with my role to present ideas and more importantly, affect change at an early stage in our company's future. The team I support are all seasoned leaders in their craft. The employees I support are all compassionate and charismatic keeping the patient experience top of mind. I truly enjoy our culture and cannot wait for what lies ahead.

Cons

We are making an effort to create more in-person opportunities as our company matures.
