Remote work is great. If you have a great team work can be enjoyable

Cons

Leadership is terrible Leadership does not have any clinical research experience CEO is a joke. Doesn’t listen to any suggestions laughs in meetings when bringing up dangerous patient experiences and issues Communication amongst the company is awful Does shady business and hires shady people to work from top to bottom Has lied to sponsors and covers up massive corruption

The team I worked with was great

Cons

They promised a lot in my interview (performance review and bonus at 6 months, ability to apply to other positions after 6 months) and none of it happened. Then they switched us to hourly after about 6 months and then laid off our entire team (right before our 1 year mark of working there).

only come here if you enjoy doing more work than necessary for things that could have been prevented by using the solutions the employees made in the first place which management decided they "didn't like"

Cons

everything from the pay to the people you work with will make you miserable and depressed here.
