      The downfall of this company comes down to its terrible management

      Pros

      Gives you the opportunity to travel with reimbursement. Nothing else.

      Cons

      Poor management from the very top. No one is on the same page. Be prepared to be overworked, underpaid, and under appreciated. Every department is understaffed with no help coming anytime soon. There's no teamwork and colleagues are mostly fake to each other and love blaming anyone. If you get an offer here, please think about it many may times because there are a lot more better companies.

      Good exposure to industry processes and protocols.

      Cons

      Management belittled the efforts of the team, often acting deceitful ways to avoid accountability. Whenever concerns were raised or suggestions made, their obstinate attitude shut down any meaningful discussion. It felt like they went out of their way to dismiss valid input, which created an environment of disrespect. Despite trying to collaborate for better outcomes, the higher-ups refused to listen, making it impossible to feel valued or heard.

      Pros

      Cool co-workers and ancillary, was supposed to be remote (ended up being shipped off across the country without any notice then laid off with >500 employees after in a mass, impersonal teams meeting. Horrid).

      Cons

      CEO and management are hilariously ignorant to healthcare and systems that they're supposed to be implementing. When errors are brought to their attention, they're swept under the rug and ignored. "Just get the job done" is the mantra.
