Pros

I learned so much in my job with Care Access. Most of the people I worked with were super nice and it was a pleasure getting to know them and work with them.

Cons

Micromanagement to a degree that is ridiculous, promises of promotions that never came, promises of direct reports that never panned out, culture, disrespect of employees.
