When employment ended the mental exhaustion ceased!

Cons

Care Access is a money hungry company. Super high stress, you do not have free time like you think you will. I was working the job of two people, but the management expects you to meet the constant deadlines as just one person. It feels like the norm is to work lots of nights, sometime weekends. Lots of fire drills too. Just don't do it.
