remote work, 401k match, and good healthcare package

Cons

- Overworked and not enough people to actually do the work. A lot of "managing people" roles - Burnt out coworkers - No team camaraderie and poor company culture - There are no diversity and inclusion initiatives. Juneteenth was not recognized and no mention of it was made from leadership.
