It’s full time remote, and the benefits are good.

Cons

There is so much pressure to do more and do better but no realistic way to achieve this. Every team is short staffed and burnt out. There is no real HR. It is exhausting.

The least I can appreciate is not being micromanaged

Cons

Employees were basically left on their own with poor management and lack of leadership. Your supervisor would expect you to know what to do , asking for further instructions will make him think you're dumb then make you feel awful! I don't know where to place myself here to be honest.
