      Pros

      Many passionate people working here who truly want to help others.

      Cons

      Their hunger is endless. No matter how much they take, it is never enough. Leadership does not care that their decisions have negative impacts on the team. The bottom dollar was more important and I was laid off. It's hard to work for a company you feel is constantly out to get you. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these clowns.

      Decent benefits, fair salary for remote work (now obsolete), great co-workers, provided equipment, interesting topics of research, participants were friendly and engaging.

      Cons

      Inexperienced and clueless leaders and management, nepotism, lack of or downright wrong communication, no universal expectation for how a trial is to run - each site is very different, poor conditions for workers on mobile sites, mass lay-offs through a virtual meeting with no warning or heads up - do not expect a stable work environment or a long-term career, this company is not dependable.
