      Pay and benefits are great

      Cons

      There are many reasons why the attrition rate at Care Access is high. Terrible leadership, no proper training, a failed HR department, and a lack of accountability from the company just to name a few. The money may be good but it will be temporary, and the headaches are not worth it.

      Pros

      Do not work here. There are very few pros except for the high pay. They pay you high but you then work 10-12 hour shifts, work weekends, and have to be completely available on your days off so you basically never stop working.

      Cons

      Zero work-life balance Leadership is HIGHLY disorganized. You will be deployed for travel the same day they expect you to travel. The hotels can be AWFUL like motels because they are a cheap company. You will literally never stop working. They demand that you are available at all times. This company is a terrible start up that only cares about money, NOT ITS EMPLOYEES.
