      I was offered enticing health benefits and a decent salary.

      Cons

      Many of our leaders here at Care Access are clueless about the industry, but they also like to micromanage employees and surveil every move we make. They meddle with our affairs even though they offer nothing of value. They only make our work harder and more chaotic because they don’t know how to lead.

      The only good thing is the people who are considered lower-level employees, they are the true Rockstars of this company.

      Cons

      No matter how dire you think your situation is, run the other way. You will work on studies with a lack of resources and you are expected to figure it out. There is no guidance and things get misplaced easily. Management talks down to us and treats us like we are idiots. We are expected to do the work of five employees for the pay of a part-timer. You poor soul...run. Run as fast as you can.
