Incompetent Managers Create Chaotic Situations Too Often

i didn't stick here for long and chose to leave within a short period. It was the best career move I ever made.

Cons

The managers were the worst aspect of working at Care Access. They were terrible leaders doing a poor job. The often messed up schedules, expected us to chase insane deadlines, and work brutally stressful hours. The inter-departmental communication was also horrible, which added to the chaos.

I loved working at Care Access mostly because you felt the people that worked there actually worked for the mission rather than the money or incredible benefits. The CEO and Co-Founders are amazing guys. You feel the love from them and their love for helping people in the underserved areas of Clinical Research.

Cons

I felt that some people that should be in managerial positions, aren't. And people that are in managerial positions, shouldn't be. This is actually damaging the company within.
