Overall, company is great. Great benefits, PTO, management is kind & understanding as well.

Cons

Things are constantly changing, so SOPs are not necessarily standard. Slightly disorganized.

They started off great then they hired a new upper manager and he has totally changed everything but If you looking for a job and looking for experience, this place is fine. Chances are most won’t stay long.

Cons

Some of the managers have no idea what they’re doing. If you’re lucky enough to be on a good team, having good teammates helps. But most are for themselves. If you looking for a job and looking for experience, this place is fine. Chances are most won’t stay long. They changed the pay plan after the quarter was over retroactive back to the quarter that you just finished working so that they could keep money and not pay. When you’re hired, they tell you that you’re making commission, but they change the wording over to bonus. commission have to be paid bonuses don’t and that’s how they cheated us.
