No direction and hard to earn commission. When they have a direction, don’t worry because it changes anyway. Managers aren’t qualified, and you have to rely on another person to close your deal to earn commission. The campaign requirements are unrealistic. You get assigned thousands of leads that aren’t qualified leads and most of them are retired or dying or the wrong number. You have to do a lot of secretarial work for their salesforce information which takes away time from making actual money. Meeting times always changed. Payment issues. Doctors have to go through a master agreement which has a lot of details that make him/her uncomfortable. The person you hand deals to doesn’t always make an effort to follow up so it’s a shot in the dark. Sometimes they are even rude and embarrass you in front of the doctor. They have a lot of turn over for a reason. Competitors made fun of us. They make you call someone and harass them over 10 times. They give credit to managers who have nothing to do with the success of the physician engagement specialist. I’ve seen them take away deals from people, sad but true. Once you think you have a deal, they change the requirements so you don’t earn commission. The amount of hours you have to put in for success doesn’t weigh out what you’re going to get paid
