Flexible hours, great pay and benefits. CEO cares about his employees and family. Allows you to work from home.

Cons

Health insurance not the best even though is paid by the company. Very high deductibles.

Educational part about the diseases are good. Community benefits from that piece.

Cons

Not organized, no professionalism, no structure reviews. Reviews are one sided and no measurable goals. I don’t see any DEI anywhere. Minority patients are not being sought after. They use minority staff to try and recruit minorities.
