You never hear the word "No" at Care. Instead we hear, let's see how we can make that happen. Everyone at Care is very liked minded and is extremely collaborative. We are growing rapidly and new departments are being created. Tons of growth opportunities!

Cons

If you are someone who doesn't like change, then Care might not be for you. Things are constantly changing (in good ways).

Best company I have ever worked for! Very purposeful work for Healthcare and it's evolution toward better research and access to care . Remote.Great work-life balance. Great benefits (free healthcare option). Opportunities for company paid travel. Overall company culture is inclusive with transparency. Your voice is heard as an employee and there is a constant commitment to improve and grow. Growing company with new and exciting opportunities.

Cons

Actual work is different than what was described when offered the position. Because this is a start-up there are some growing pains often ambiguity with frequent changes(to be expected).

Insurance is 100% paid for. I believe the company itself has many dedicated people and their mission is fantastic.

Cons

Everything else in the recruitment department. The so called leader micro-manages everyone to the point of insanity, does not set her team up for success, and has a high rate of turnover. It is her way or no way. I believe the company itself has many dedicated people and their mission is fantastic. However, their so called leader is manipulative, is open about her favorites, and a very poor leader.
