Care Dimensions (Massachusetts) reviews

We are constantly monitoring caseloads, which due to the nature of hospice, fluctuate daily. Care Dimensions has supported caseloads with our LPN/RN model, which pairs RNs and LPNs on the same cases. We take seriously our commitment to serve all patients who need our care, as well as provide a good work environment and work/life balance for our staff. We offer generous paid time off, flexible schedules, hybrid work schedules and employee time to volunteer. As such, we are constantly recruiting new staff, augmenting our benefits program, offering multiple employee wellness programs, and soliciting input from staff on ways to improve.
