No work/life balance - Registered Nurse Case Manager Care Dimensions (Massachusetts) Employee Review

We are constantly monitoring caseloads, which due to the nature of hospice, fluctuate daily. Care Dimensions has supported caseloads with our LPN/RN model, which pairs RNs and LPNs on the same cases.
