We constantly strive to address issues that affect workload and work/life balance and recognize that we-like other segments of the health care industry-are faced with unprecedented challenges due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Great training, co workers & management. Generous vacation allowance

Cons

Pay could be better although decent compared with what other CNA’s get paid in the field. Health insurance is limited and not great
