Pros

The staff at Care Dimensions is among the best I have ever worked with. There is a strong sense of "team" providing good support to all. The mission is one that I strongly believe in and the care we provide to patients at end of life is something to be proud of. For our department I do find that our Manager is constantly seeking ways to improve our daily processes to help us work smarter and not harder.

Cons

The business has grown considerably over the past 5 years and some days are so busy that staff find themselves multi-tasking a little more than they may be comfortable with.

Thank you for your positive review of Care Dimensions. We do take pride in our staff members, who pull together to deliver the best quality of care for our patients and families. Yes, we have grown considerably and continue to do so. As you noted, it’s important that we “work smarter and not harder,” and we value input from employees at all levels to help us become more efficient. In following up on the company’s selection as one of the Best Places to Work in Healthcare in 2018, we are using surveyed employees’ comments to address issues of concern. We will strive for continuous improvement in all areas of daily operations.
