      Great benefits and mission throughout Care Synergy and it's affiliates.

      Cons

      Like every organization there is a bottom line that needs to be met so some decisions are money based and it reflects in leadership attitudes towards lower level staff. Treatment towards staff is not equal

      Pros

      Care Synergy walks their talk. When I was interviewing, they told me it was a collaborative, mission-driven environment and it is. Staff support each other and work together very effectively. Benefits are very good, facilities are beautiful and leadership communicates their vision.
