      Pros

      I have been with Care Synergy almost 5 years. The leadership team have been amazing to work with. I've worked at larger corporations/businesses and it's rare to have a CEO that is so approachable and down to earth. Everyone is held to a high standard of professionalism and accountability, which is nice!

      Cons

      Being a not for profit organization you aren't going to make top dollar here but it really isn't a con since you work with a group of people that believe in the mission and are passionate about the work that they do. I am taking into consideration the field staff when rating the work/life balance. It has been great for me as an administrative worker but I know it isn't as easy when you are out in the field.

      What a great place to work! Love the mission, leadership, co-workers.
