Middle to Upper Management was like working for all the "Mean Girls" you've ever encountered in your life, except even more stuck up and arrogant. Which is great if you have anything to boast about, like intelligence. Bullying and acting like spoiled brats is really no way to get anyone, much less your employees, to try harder or to even try at all. Worst place I've ever worked for sure. Every single employee left about the same time I did.
