Pros

Pro I would say is the kahoot game is fun in training. That’s it that’s all it’s a poor company and nobody likes it. You can move up real fast … too fast and it’s a red flag. They just doing one another a favor, I promise it’s not due to qualifications

Cons

Ghetto company, back to back calls, unrealistic expectations, micro management, poor upper management, horrible training, bad equipment

Pros

Most if not everyone at CareCentrix is very pleasant to work with and wants to see you succeed.

Cons

Data warehouse is messy and takes a long time to learn, pay is slightly subpar

Pros

my VP appreciates me and asks for my opinions to make things better I've been promoted twice since I started with this team almost 4 years ago my work is valuable and I'm reminded daily that I'm improving lives of patients and their families with each case I staff

Cons

network management isn't helpful - just tell us to call providers back even though they don't accept cases
