Pros

- Competitive Salary - Community work

Cons

Each year they let go very talented people to hire and churn through new people. Instead of creating an environment of professional development and talent management, they treated people as disposable. There is no value in the work that Mar/Com produces. SMEs considered it high-cost. I would stay away from that team - they enjoy micromanaging and creating a backstabbing culture where "bully cliques" are nurtured. Also there is absolutely no diversity-its all token.
