Pros

The pay is not bad and benefits are good

Cons

Senior Management has turf wars constantly and everything is too political here. Expect to work 60 hours+ as a Manager.

Pros

The ability to work from home. Great for people who have children.

Cons

This department is hyper micro-managed it's astounding. Yeah working from home is great, but it comes with over the top micro management. They force you to hurry up and notate your calls, even when you're trying to get help on a call you were working on. There is nooooooooo autonomy to do work here. If you have cases to work on, you have to ask for permission from your manager...only to get met with a response of "Do you need to make callbacks now?" instead of a proper (people skilled way) "Hey, we're really busy today, let's try for tomorrow. Why the snarky response? Working on the cases is part of my job and you don't provide adequate casework time to do so. This is the first time I had to ask permission to do a portion of my job description. I have never been this level of micro managed in my career and I would not promote or recommend this company to work for when it comes to customer service to ANYONE... Oh and if you start in a position that you think is not a good fit....you're stuck there for a year at least before you can move anywhere else that may actually be a better fit. with this type of environment...we're severely under paid
