      Pros

      The health benefits and overall employee benefits are wonderful. Working from home is wonderful and the end of year bonus is also great.

      Cons

      micro management from manager and inability to promote within the company, even though I have 20 years in the medical field and management experience. Apparently a degree is more important than actually knowing how to do the job.

      No professional development, numerous reorgs and transformation initiatives, tech is abysmal - 15-20 years behind, c-suite is disconnected from employees that perform the day-to-day work, death by meeting culture

      Lots of learning resources Great team.

      Cons

      You will be micro- managed by supervisors who are not even directly assigned to you. You will have 4 to 5 supervisors sending you DM through Teams at the same time. It is crazy and deeply annoying.
