      Pay and making a difference.

      Management does not assist, everyone out for self. High school environment. Just horrible...and the way customers and providers are treated is horrible as well.

      the only pro I would say is the health benefits depending on where you are it may be better.

      highly unorganized company, no communication, office politics are horrible (feel like im back in middle school with a bunch of old girls)
