Meaning the goals of the company are 1. patient care and 2. provider satisfaction. Decision-making comes from smaller like-minded democratic groups that have merged with the vision to bring together best-practice concepts and business strategies. The corporate side of CarePoint Health helps to glue everything together. I honestly feel like I own a piece of the group and find satisfaction in knowing that P.E. money (*debt!) and other outside interests are kept out of the strategic pathway.
