Pros

Great job for telecommuting work, good pay, good co-workers. Great for a person looking to help the elderly navigate through the long-term care process to access their benefits based on their policies.

Cons

Have to commute to office once a week, high traffic area, 45-minute drive can be 1.5 to 2.5 hours depending on weather, traffic, and time of years.

Small Company Feel, Large Company Benefits

Pros

CareScout is a wholly owned subsidiary of Genworth Financial. It's a small, close-knit business with great "large" company benefits. There is a great deal of internal promotion and some longevity and tenure as well. Relaxed dress code is nice. Focus on giving back to the community is also a cool perk.

Cons

The office building is in a lackluster less than walkable location. There aren't many food options around especially with only having a 30 minute lunch.
