Great place to work and make a difference.

Pros

-Great opportunity to do meaningful work -CareScout Cares organization within the company puts on tons of fun events -leadership constantly working to improve the company -leadership listens to staff -Days go by FAST -Team members really care about one another -4 weeks off to start with!

Cons

-Pace can be fast, the company is always growing. This is good and bad, good to have growth but tough when staffing hasn't caught up.

Pros

I worked at CareScout as a part of their customer service team. I enjoyed the people I worked with and the management was helpful. Those that are able to work hard pay attention to detail will go far. Company likes to promote from within whenever possible.

Cons

This was a contract only opportunity, I wish I could have stayed longer.

Pros

We help people get the long term care they need, we help caregivers, we feel good about the work we do. We have made great progress the last few years driving employee engagement and making CareScout a great place to work. Current CEO cares about the people at CareScout and is driving positive change - it also helps that there is a strong growth strategy and strong support from the parent company.

Cons

Lingering impacts from the financial crisis and the impact on business caused some employee engagement issues. Management has done a good job recently of making the changes needed to drive positive change.
