      Pros

      We help people get the long term care they need, we help caregivers, we feel good about the work we do. We have made great progress the last few years driving employee engagement and making CareScout a great place to work. Current CEO cares about the people at CareScout and is driving positive change - it also helps that there is a strong growth strategy and strong support from the parent company.

      Cons

      Lingering impacts from the financial crisis and the impact on business caused some employee engagement issues. Management has done a good job recently of making the changes needed to drive positive change.

      The people The managers Lots of growth Actively hiring Helping with long term care Fast breaks are fun I can make a difference

      Cons

      It's busy-too busy right now Career path is not well defined Can't hire fast enough Training plans change frequently with volume

      Pros

      Great managers that care about their team members. They are approachable and easy to speak with. Day goes by quickly since we are busy. Great benefits and generous time off policy. They try to do some fun activities to break up the work day.

      Cons

      Limited opportunities for advancement. Need a way to reward employees that go the extra mile.
