Remote work and salary is decent

Cons

Micromanagement, as a new employee you’re barely given any training and they rush you to get stuff done and it’s constant stress and upper management is always up your butt on the teams messages, which is 100% distracting the pay is not worth it

If you love layoffs

Pros

Wages and bonuses until you get laid off.

Cons

Constantly laying off entire teams and sometimes immediately reposting the laid off positions with new titles and lower wages. The layoffs are sneak-attack style, leaving no time for employees to search for viable future employment. HR is not supportive of exiting employees. Severance is minimal and they paid in one lump sum so it was heavily taxed. They pushed back on unemployment, which prolonged payment, putting me in debt.
