Frequent policy changes without sufficient notice to staff. Disconnected, ineffective senior management (multiple Directors, VP's, senior VP's, etc ..) no job security, daily threats to employment of weekly metrics are not met two weeks in a row. Will be told this is not an 8 hour a day job (to meet productivity expectations) must work over but will not be paid due to you being salaried. Caresource states they do not make accomodations for FMLA/ADA needs. Made to close case management to members at 6 months or less even if needs persist. Caresource makes money off of every new engagement, which is why they demand rapid case closures. Rules and regulations vary from each team, lack of communication, high employee turnover, inconsistent business practices. Senior leadership values quantity over quality despite the lack of support to our members. Over the last several years numerous employees have been fired and laid off without being replaced, bonuses taken away due to "poor performance" or lowered significantly due to "loss of profit" even though the CEO still made a bonus over 1.3 million with a yearly salary of over 12.6 million.

None, they really know how to treat their employees. Everybody loves working there. It's great!
