Salary and bonus are great if you ever get a bonus!

Cons

They do not treat employees or contractor well at all. They literally just gave a bunch of contractors 2 weeks notice around the holidays! One of their core values is valuing people. Ummm not really!

Pros

Bonuses, time off, holidays off.

Cons

Stressful, back to back calls, constant monitoring with high expectations. Being coached constantly. Expected to not have callers on hold for more than 30 seconds. Several monthly metrics you must meet with almost no room to wiggle. Will easily get written up or bonuses taken away if you fall a little in just one.
