Pros

The flexibility and work life balance is pretty good. Pay is decent and overall this is just a very giving company!

Cons

Ive been employed here almost 3 years my only con would be that it seems a little difficult to move around in the company.

Cons

There are many employees in roles that require expertise that they are woefully ignorant of and grossly inexperienced in. These roles typically do not affect the functionality of the company day to day BUT it has allowed these employees to have a voice that drowns out those who actually are subject matter experts in the field. This incompetence significantly increases the risk to the company. Too much stock placed in IT over all other areas within the company.
