Job security seems pretty solid. Excellent bonus structure.

Cons

High managerial turnover. Technology issues. Some departments have terrible pay; other departments are competitive.

Bonuses once a month on last check of month, lots of pto

Cons

Micromanagement to the point of pushing really good employees out the door. They have forgotten that Frontline is the backbone and continue to tighten the parameters. My first team lead was excellent. My last team lead, awful. She was very inconsistent with her expectations and the day I quit was the best day of my life. I don't have to think about her rigidness another minute ever again.
