Love the culture and the amazing work environment. People who work at CareSource truly care for members and each other. The work environment is amazing!

Cons

It is a fast-paced environment that is always dynamic. It isn't for people who aren't flexible. The company is really growing, so we all work very hard.

Pay, bonuses, PTO, 8 paid holidays, health wellness program and tuition reimbursement

Cons

Extremely high caseloads, unrealistic work expectations, constant change in work processes with same day teaching and implementation of new changes, excessive number of meetings which throws work further behind, poor work-life balance, micro management with punitive measures for their broken processes, NO TIME to engage in health wellness program, work piles up while on vacation and high cost of medical insurance. Can NEVER say work is done at the end of any day. THIS JOB IS SOOOO STRESSFUL!!!
