Strong value and mission driven culture. Purpose driven work with good pay & benefits. Over a 30% internal promotion rate. A good place to start and grow your career!

Cons

Fast growing company! Sometimes challenging to keep up! But the alternative is slow growth or downsizing! I would rather face growth opportunities rather than manage downsizing.

Pros

Large company with a small feel. They put the consumer first. But they also take care of their employees.

Cons

A lot of trainings which isnt bad as CareSource is ahead of the market, but it can interfere with one's ability to maintain task load certain days.
