Decent pay. Works from home. Average benefits. Nice bonuses. Nice management. Opportunities for advancement. Develops employees. Company growing. Helpful managers.

Cons

Inflexible. Micromanagement at times. Have to use PTO to get CEUs. No comp time. Have to work more than 50 per week to stay on top of assignments. Unrealistic expectations.

Excellent salary, benefits and bonus opportunities. Some of the staff are truly amazing to work with. They care about the people who work there as well as the members we help.

Cons

Team Leads and management disorganized, not very helpful at times. Too many changes all at once, leaving staff feeling overwhelmed. Low moral.
