Pros
The culture at CareSource is great. There is a feeling of everyone rowing in the same direction and everyone wanting to help each other out. Employees truly care for our members and want to do the right thing.
Cons
Leadership is a mess. There is continual turn over at the top and too many chiefs and not enough indians. There is a lack of accountability at the top. Leadership seems to forget the business decisions they make and are surprised when those decisions "hurt" other parts of the business. It is concerning that Pam the CEO seems so out of touch. She continues to drive aggressive growth with no clear support plan for current business. To top it all off when things with current business start to show erosion Leadership is shocked that we don't continue to be best in class. The current growth pace is extremely taxing on resources with hiring of new resources lagging. Lack of leadership also has lead to many good employees to leave the company.
