      Pros

      Great focus on the employees, values are very focused on their clients and supporting their needs

      Cons

      As a not for profit Caresource does not focus on delivery effectiveness, their very tied to process - even if it gets in the way of delivery

      Pros

      Company has many amenities and resources. Every channel to help employees develop their skills. Their Caresource University is great! So is the greenhouse cafeteria, gym and studio. There is a profound sense of providing quality care to members and the culture truly cares.

      Cons

      Resources are overworked, which trumps work/life balance. Some complained about compensation, but I negotiated mine so I knew the deal I was signing. Their channels to foster creative thinking are great but the workload hardly gives u a moment to breathe let alone think!
