      Pros

      Nice building. Room to move around in the company. Benefits are fairly good.

      Cons

      They are growing so fast and the management is not capable of supporting the growth. People are extremely overworked and so are very hard to work with, Pay scale is around 10,000 lower than the average I have seen for my field. I plan to leave as soon as I can find another job. The salary does not support the stressful conditions. I have been working in my field for over 20 years and I have never seen a company with such low moral.

      Pros

      Incredibly talented and committed employees.

      Cons

      A CEO who says 'yes' to everything, without understanding the impact on those then asked to bring what she has agreed to fruition. At a certain level within the organization, you are chewed up.... Long hours, 200 emails a day, limited staff to help you acheive,.... and the only option is to run or be tossed aside when the CEO decides you are no longer of use.
