Great mission and flexibility with ample PTO

Great company mission, excellent flexibility with schedule, and 4 weeks PTO immediately upon hire.

Cons

Not really too many cons. The company took on a lot of new business last year, which caused some stress, but overall we all got it done without having to work overtime. (I get this is team/department dependent).

Historically very strong bonus which has been paid out every year at 140%-200% for the past decade

Cons

Lots of turnover (both forced and voluntary) and a lot of pressure to use ai to keep up with the big dogs like Centene and UnitedHealth
