      Company growing way too fast Multiple staff have multiple job roles, only getting paid for one role leaving staff overworked and burned out Lay off a few years ago cut 25% of company, leaving older staff unsure of future Employee Stock Ownership Plan promised on hiring, no follow through or clear communication on the topic Exponential growth makes it difficult to provide quality support to Veterinarians and Hospitals. Leads to degrade in quality of care for clients.
