Pros

The company has a fun and relaxed atmosphere. Comparing to more corporate environments I have experienced, it's a night and day difference. The team is full of great people who genuinely support each other. Employees have the opportunity to make a significant impact and feel like they are part of building something meaningful. Contributions are actually recognized and appreciated here. Company actually has a real culture and shows it, isn't like others that just talk about having one. Also who doesn't like dogs in the office?

Cons

Not necessarily a con for everyone, but it’s worth noting: This is a rapidly changing and growing company. If you’re looking for a basic corporate job doing the same thing everyday, this may not be the right environment for you.
