Pros
I started working with CareXM about a year ago. We have gone through some big changes as we are growing and expanding our services that are provided to the patients we support. It's been challenging and rewarding, but looking at the big picture and the direction we are headed is very exciting.
Cons
Have had to go through some layoffs and letting people go due to unexpected changes, but it was done with thoughtfulness and I appreciated that the leaders didn't take it lightly.
